一层展示温州的市情市貌和千年历史文化。

二层回顾温州规划历程，分析规划下的城市建设，及生产、生活、生态的各项实践成果。 

三层描绘规划的未来温州现代化大都市形象。

Wenzhou Planning Exhibition Center has floor area of around 7,757 square meters. 

Level one shows the landscapes of the city of Wenzhou and its thousand-year history and culture. 

Level two reviews the evolution of urban planning of Wenzhou and analyzes the urban development under the planning and achievements in production, living and ecological system. 

Level three depicts the future of Wenzhou as a modern metropolis.

本项目的建成，将全面展现温州城市特色与形象，成为体现时代性和地方特色，充分展现温州自然、历史、人文特色，彰显“山水智城·世界温州”的城市形象。打造成为一个亲民、互动、公开、前瞻的城市窗口；成为温州提升文化品位、展示对外形象的城市名片；成为温州人文历史、各领域建设工作宣传和教育的重要阵地。

The completion of the project will comprehensively showcase characteristics and images of the city of Wenzhou in the style of the time and with local features, fully demonstrating the natural, historical and cultural characteristics of Wenzhou, highlighting its image as "An intelligent city in the mountains and rivers and Wenzhou of the world”. The project is to build a popular, interactive, open and forward-looking window of the city; become the business card of the city showing to the external world its images and enhancing its cultural status; and to become an important fortress of publicity and education of the culture, history and developments in all areas of the city.

1. 山水智城·世界温州

An intelligent city in the mountains and rivers and the Wenzhou of the world 

序厅艺术化凝练温州城市发展脉络及精神内核。

主题形象墙融入温州江海元素，城市名片沿着蜿蜒的蓝色LED屏中顺流而下犹如江河入海，演绎温州由沿江时代向沿海时代跨进的伟大气魄和敢为人先的温州精神。

精心设置的榕树休息区及序厅天花，以市树榕树为创作灵感，象征枝繁叶茂的温州人扎根于温州而又延伸向世界的特点。

The preface hall shows in an artistic style the path of development and spiritual core of the city of Wenzhou. 

The topical image wall has all the river and sea elements of Wenzhou. Flowing downstream along the winding blue LED screen is the city’s business card, like a river into the sea, interpreting the great courage of Wenzhou in stepping from the riverbank town into a coastal town and spirit of the pioneers. 

The banyan lounge and preface hall ceiling are carefully set with the city tree, the banyan tree as the creative inspiration. It is a symbol of leafy Wenzhou and the people here rooted in their hometown yet extending to the world. 

2. 白鹿衔花·山水斗城

White deer holding a flower in the mouth – Town in the mountains and rivers 

历史文化厅以温州古城传说为设计灵感，白鹿衔花艺术墙讲述温州城市的起源。讲述温州古城发展故事，展示温州古城“北斗七星”的营城理念，了解温州古人建城的卓越智慧。选用“五马街”“古民居”为展示空间设计元素，还原出一条极富温州特色的街道，给温州人以无限的亲切感。

The history and culture hall is designed with inspiration of legends of the old town of Wenzhou. The art wall showing a white deer holding a flower in its mouth tells the origin of the city of Wenzhou. And the philosophy of the city’s “Big Dipper” layout as well as stories of the old town are told here for people to learn the excellent wisdom of ancient dwellers of Wenzhou in building the city. The “Wuma Street” and “Ancient Residence” are used as elements of spatial design. A street of great Wenzhou characteristics is reconstructed. Local Wenzhou people can feel easy at home. 

3. 全国最大沉浸式数字沙盘演绎空间

The country’s largest immersive digital sandbox demonstration space

创新设计528平方米全国最大数字沙盘，超高清直幕地幕全景三维影像，配合顶部“北斗七星”灯光系统、全局音效系统，通过富有视觉冲击力和艺术感染的画面，沉浸式演绎温州城市规划的宏伟蓝图。突破传统数字沙盘展示限制，特别设置旋钮，动态查询温州全貌。

The museum has the innovative design of 528 square meters of digital sandbox, being the largest in the country, accompanied by ultra high-definition screen for panorama three-dimensional images and the "Big Dipper" lighting system on the top and global sound system. Through images of visual impact and artistic attraction, Wenzhou’s urban planning blueprint is showcased in the immersive mode. Breakthrough is made from the traditional limitations of digital sand box display with specially set knobs to show a dynamic picture of Wenzhou.

The 4D theater offers stunning three-dimensional effects and brilliant lights and colors among which people can appreciate the beauty of the landscapes, experience the profound culture and look into the wonderful future of Wenzhou.

5. 低碳环保·绿色展馆

Low-carbon and environment protection·Green museum

全馆采用低耗能LED节能灯，大量采用美岩板、欧松板、聚酯吸音板等绿色环保材料，同时打破传统展馆的“黑盒子”设计，展馆多处采用自然光照明。

Low energy consumption LED lamps are used throughout the museum. There is also extensive use of the Meiyan slab, OSB, polyester sound-absorbing panels and other green materials, while the “black box” design in traditional museums is broken through with use of natural light in many places in the museum. 

6.智慧展馆新模式

A new model of intelligent museum 

创新E2P智能展馆模式，设立展馆专有自媒体，充分利用各类自媒体的传播特点，整合运用各项自媒体，从而达到使展馆与观众形成良好的双向沟通互动，科学化运用展馆数据，使规划馆媒体化，进一步推广展馆，深化观众与展馆关系的传播目的。构建展馆微信互动平台、线上虚拟展馆，展馆APP运用、二维码扫描系统、智能语音导览等多项技术，前瞻性实现展馆全智能化控制。

The innovative E2P intelligent exhibition model has in its setting the special self-media for the exhibition hall, fully utilizing the communication characteristics of various self-media, consolidating these to create excellent two-way communication and interactions between the exhibition hall and the audience. Scientific methods are adopted to use the data of the exhibition hall so that the planning museum is media-oriented, further promoted and the communication between audience and the museum is deepened. Wechat interactive platform of the exhibition hall, online virtual museum, museum app, 2D code scan system, intelligent voice tour guide and many other technologies are built into it. Full intelligent controls of the museum are thus achieved with great foresight. 

7. 城市沟通新渠道

A new channel of communication for the city 

打破展馆“一次游”模式，设置城市论坛，定期举办城市相关讲座，吸引市民了解城市、关心城市，提供专家学者、政府有关人员与市民共同探讨城市建设的新渠道。

The “one-off” model of museum visiting is broken through. City forum is established to hold regular seminars relating to the city, attracting citizens to learn more about their city and to care more. A new channel of joint discussion on city’s development among experts, scholars, government officials and ordinary citizens is established.
