本案位于深圳市南山区红树西岸，坐拥在深圳湾公园周边，业主常住在国外居多，这是在深的第一个家。在设计上，以深色调性配搭暖色地板，在喧闹的都市和高压的生活中，创造一个回家、放松且宁静雅致空间，别样搭配另有一番舒畅，低调，极具品位，越显得气质，实现业主追求的居住感。
