Junlin international project is built by Wuhan Huakang, a subsidiary of Hubei Wanhao banner. The project covers an area of 19800 square meters, with a total construction area of 115800 square meters, covering high-end business, class a business and star hotels, including a commercial area of about 25700 square meters, an office building area of about 65000 square meters, and a wine shop area of 18000 square meters. It is also a complex project planned by Xudong district.

The project is located in the inner ring of Wuchang, at the intersection of Xudong street and Youyi street, the city level main road, and at the intersection of Binjiang business district and Xudong business district. Wuchang Binjiang business district is located between the Yangtze River Bridge and the second bridge, facing the Yangtze River in the West and Sand Lake in the East.

This project is for food storm catering to help build Xudong catering culture street and featured catering.

君临国际项目由湖北万豪旗下子公司武汉华康打造，项目占地1.98万方，总建筑面积11.58万方，涵盖高端商业，甲级商务，星级酒店，其中商业面积约2.57万平方米，写字楼面积约6.05万平方米，酒店面积1.8万平方米。也是徐东片区规划这三种业态的综合体项目。

项目位于武昌内环，城市级主干道徐东大街与友谊大街交汇处；同时位于滨江商务区与徐东商圈交汇点，武昌滨江商务区地处长江大桥与二桥之间，西临长江，东连沙湖。
