该项目位于湛江市赤坎区立交桥泰伦城，原先这是个大厂房，现在改成创意产业园，类似于广州红砖厂。该方案厂房套内面积为115㎡，公共使用部分空间大概是175㎡，根据客户的需求，在空间上划分如下：玄关、前台、员工洽谈区、员工工作区、茶房兼书房、财务间共115㎡。为了增加2间老总办公室和1间小会议室，在原先财务房和茶房的上方加建了一层面积59㎡的空间。卫生间在外面，考虑到雨季，把去卫生间的户外做成阳光房，面积为47㎡，这个空间里设计成茶水间，配套冰箱、红酒恒温柜、微波炉、咖啡机、娱乐的足球桌和飞镖、吧台、户外会议台。剩下的空间为卫生间，户外区。
